Fantastic . Very happy with my purchase. The only negative point is the neck cushion could be wider and have more give in it for a taller person. Otherwise very happy.

Got it as mom's bday gift. She absolutely loves it! Easy and simple to control. She has stiff muscles. Massage strength is quite strong so it helps a lot. With heat and one round in the morning and one round at night - helps her ease the stiffness. it already became her routine. Highly recommend

Rating Itouch massage chair

Colour: Pearl Grey
Lizelle - 3 May 2026 (Reviewed 13 days after purchase)

I have been looking at massage chairs for a while now and i decided to buy this model. It is manufactured with great quality and it has all the functionalities my mom and i require. It is great for relaxation and stiff muscles after exercise. My mother is 79 years old and she prefers the easy AI option where on can request programs rather than pressing buttons. It is just easier for her. I am very satisfied with the product and the service from Itouch.
